Effective Monday, June 15th new clinic hours will be 8:00 am – 5:00 pm


In efforts to further reduce the spread of Covid-19, effective Wednesday, December 16th 2020, all Gynecological-only patients will be limited to patient only during their visit – no accompanying visitor.

Please be aware that all our protocols and safeguards we have instituted for the protection of our patients and staff for COVID-19 continue to be in place. This includes mandatory screening prior to entering the office and limiting only 1 visitor per patient. We continue to require that all patients and visitors to our office wear masks, or face coverings, from the time of entry, to the time of departure. No one under the age of 13 is admitted to the clinic at this time. We will continue to offer telemedicine interactions for those appointments our providers deem appropriate but remind patients that only certain types of appointments are appropriate. As of May 15, 2020, in coordination with the State’s relaxation on restrictions regarding non-emergent medical care, and Overlake Hospital’s reinstitution of non-emergent surgery, patients are free to schedule appointments for well-woman care, Pap smears, family planning and less “urgent” concerns.

We wish to sincerely thank our patients, and their families, for their acceptance and cooperation with all the new policies we have instituted in response to the Covid-19 crisis. We ask for your continued patience and cooperation during these changing times.

Our Professional staff is available to answer your calls from 8:00 – 5:00 pm (phone service is available during the lunch hour). All urgent calls are returned within 15 minutes. All non-urgent calls will be returned by the close of the business day. Phone calls received after 5:00 p.m. with routine questions may be returned the next business day. You can be assured that someone will be immediately available for urgent or emergent situations. If you are calling after hours, our main number 425-454-3366 will prompt you to be transferred to the answering service or you may dial the answering service directly at 425-313-2168. Please try to limit after hour and weekend calls to urgent issues. If you have a block on your telephone it will need to be disabled in order to receive a call back after hours.
